Chairman of the State Administration of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. H. Supandi, SH, M.Hum, gave a public lecture at the UMSU Faculty of Law on Tuesday (13\/9). <\/span><\/p>\n

The Public Lecture organized by the UMSU Faculty of Law presented the material “Modernization of the State Administrative Court in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era to Promote the Advancement of Indonesian Legal Civilization” in the Hall of the UMSU Faculty of Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. H. Supandi, S.H.,M.Hum gave a public lecture in the Hall of the Faculty of Law UMSU, accompanied by the High Court of State Administrative High Court. Also present were Vice Rector II, Prof. Dr. Akrim, M.Pd, and Deputy Dean |, Dr. Zainuddin, SH, MH, and Deputy Dean III, Atikah Rahmi, SH, MH<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Akrim, M.Pd (Vice-Rector II), said that a Supreme Court Judge was a lecturer at Strata 1 and Strata 2. Namely Prof. Dr. Abdul Manan, M. Hum, and Prof. Dr. Amran Suhadi, M. Hum, which Prof. Dr. Abdul Manan earned the title of Professor while teaching at UMSU.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Faculty of Law students were present as participants in the Public Lecture. Prof. Dr. H. Supandi, S.H.,M.Hum presented materials such as the History of the State Administrative Court, Expansion of the Authority of the State Administrative Court, Settlement of TUN Chamber Cases, Modernization of Administrative Courts, and Progress of Legal Civilization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Supandi also conveyed a message between public lectures, especially for UMSU Law Faculty students, namely the world of law, including PERATUN. It will enter the third generation of law, such as the birth of government and judicial digitization. It is where students are to prepare themselves for these changes by mastering ICT and material law and maintaining Integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the bottom line, Prof. Dr. H. Supandi states that knowing and practicing science are two things that are not enough. To understand the theory, you have to go into the field and may be dragged or drifted. But it would be best if you tried again and again to understand a phenomenon.<\/span><\/p>\n
