M. Khairul Fahmi, a student of the English Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU), was declared the winner of the Selection of Outstanding Students at the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDikti) Region I for Undergraduate and Diploma Programs in 2023.<\/p>\n
At the selection event held at Polonia Hotel Medan, Wednesday (3\/5\/2023). M.Khairul Fahmi outperformed Unimed, who occupied 2nd place, followed by 3rd place USU and 4th place STIKES Lubuk Pakam. M.Khairul Fahmi’s achievement repeated the achievements of his seniors, who also won 1st place in similar events in 2021 and 2022.<\/p>\n
On that occasion, M. Khairul Fahmi expressed his pride and happiness for winning the title of Outstanding Student in North Sumatra. “Alhamdulillah, I thank you for this encouraging achievement,” said M. Khairul Fahmi.<\/p>\n
He also thanked the University Leaders, Faculty Leaders, and lecturers who fully supported him in achieving this extraordinary achievement.<\/p>\n
“Hopefully, this achievement will make me more humble and become a trigger to carve out other achievements in the future. And hopefully, this achievement will inspire other friends,” said M. Khairul Fahmi, who also won 1st place in the PTMA level Pilmapres in April 2023.<\/p>\n
For this achievement, UMSU’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Agussani MAP, expressed his highest appreciation to M. Khairul Fahmi and other UMSU students who continue to make achievements in the name of the University, starting from the International, National, and Regional levels.<\/p>\n
“It’s definitely something to be proud of, and we should be grateful for it. As a Superior Accredited Private University, UMSU is dedicated to providing opportunities and full support for all student activities, whether in academics, research, sports, cultural arts, or anything else., “said Prof. Agussani MAP.<\/p>\n
The Rector also reminded Khairul to continue developing abilities and skills to achieve higher achievements at the national and international levels. “Hopefully, with enthusiasm and earnest efforts, we will be able to achieve achievements in other events,” he said.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the Dean of FKIP UMSU Dra. Hj. Syamsuyurnita, M.Pd, expressed his gratitude to M Khairul Fahmi for his achievements which are very proud and make UMSU proud, especially FKIP UMSU.<\/p>\n
