The event was also enlivened by playing a video showing the participants’ journey during PPG.<\/p>\nUniversitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) graduated 206 graduates of the Teacher Professional Education Programme (PPG) in 2023 and 2024. The event was held on Friday (13\/12) at the UMSU Auditorium on Muchatar Basri Street No.3 Medan.<\/p>\n
UMSU PPG in 2023 graduated 50 participants in Wave 1 and 114 participants in Wave 2, while in 2024 graduated 42 participants in wave 1.<\/p>\n

\u2018Congratulations and success to UMSU PPG graduates. Teachers are carriers of light for their students,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n
According to Prof Arifin, in dealing with various characters and cultures of students, never say negative words. He advised that the role of teachers is very important to give birth to the golden generation of 2045.<\/p>\n
\u2018May you all get the best teaching places and become professional teachers with dignity,\u2019 he hoped.<\/p>\n
Then, the graduate representative, Siti Nurjana, expressed her gratitude and happiness.<\/p>\n
\u2018We are very happy to be part of this campus, a place that not only provides academic knowledge, but also life experiences that build our character to become professional educators,\u2019 she said.<\/p>\n
Siti said that lecturers at PPG UMSU not only provide knowledge, but also inspiration through creative learning methods.<\/p>\n

Previously, the Dean of FKIP UMSU, Dr Hj Syamsuyurnita, gave tahniah and a message to the graduates.<\/p>\n
\u2018We from the entire academic community congratulate you on becoming professional teachers. Participating in PPG is the beginning to continue learning and collaborating,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n
He conveyed the qualifications of FKIP UMSU lecturers not only studying in Indonesia, but also abroad. And hope that UMSU PPG graduates always uphold the good name of the university and faculty.<\/p>\n
The event was attended by UMSU Rector Prof. Dr. Agussani, MAP represented by WR 1 UMSU Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arifin Gultom, M.Hum, Dean of FKIP UMSU Dra. Hj. Syamsuyurnita, M.Pd and Deputy Deans, UMSU PPG Managers, Arif Aul Rahman, M.Pd., Indah Pratiwi, M.Pd., and Mulkan Azhari, M.Kom., UMSU PPG lecturers and parents of graduates.<\/p>\n
