A total of 50 students from the 12th grade of Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran Private High School made an educational visit to the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (UMSU) on Thursday (18\/1) at the FEB UMSU Hall, Jalan Muchtar Basri No.3 Medan.<\/p>\n

\u00a0This visit aims to introduce UMSU Campus as one of the main options for continuing higher education for 12th-grade students who will soon graduate. The students were accompanied by the Principal, Ade Kurniawan, S.Pd, and several teachers.<\/p>\n
The Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran Private High School group was warmly welcomed by the UMSU Rector, Prof. Dr. Agussani, MAP, represented by the Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau, Dr. Ribut Priadi, M.I.Kom.<\/p>\n
In his speech, Dr. Ribut expressed his hope that this visit would leave a positive impression and be a blessing for everyone. “We are pleased to see the enthusiasm from the gentlemen, ladies, and students who came today,” he said.<\/p>\n
The UMSU party also feels proud of the presence of the delegation from Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran Private High School, which has long established a good relationship with UMSU. He also conveyed that studying at private universities has now become a favorite and is no longer a last resort, making UMSU a worthy primary choice for students wishing to continue their education.<\/p>\n
“UMSU is also committed to supporting the creativity and innovation of its students.” There are many scholarship paths that you younger ones can try later,” he said.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the Principal of Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran Private High School, Ade Kurniawan, S.Pd, also expressed high appreciation for the service provided by UMSU, “Thank you very much to UMSU for welcoming us so well.” Every year, we always visit UMSU, and we feel very appreciated. UMSU has become a part of our hearts, and we are proud of the good relationship that continues to develop,” said Ade with gratitude.<\/p>\n
Ade also added that the study programs offered by UMSU have become the primary choice for students of SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran. “UMSU has many study programs that align with the needs and interests of our students.” Every year, we send around 156 students who choose UMSU as their place to continue their education. Alhamdulillah, the number of students choosing UMSU has never decreased, in fact, it has been increasing,” he said.<\/p>\n
The principal also emphasized that Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran Private High School has been designated as an exemplary school, and this visit is part of the effort to introduce UMSU to students with great potential in the field of education.<\/p>\n

He hopes this visit can be a blessing and strengthen the relationship between the school and UMSU. “Hopefully, this visit will be the first step towards an increasingly close cooperation between SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 8 Kisaran and UMSU.” We hope that in the future, more of our students will be able to continue their education at UMSU and achieve success in the field of education,” he concluded.<\/p>\n
