Representing PLN Icon Plus were Senior Account Manager Janson Hengky Sitorus, Customer Solution Officer Farouzi Zufri Lubis, and Account Manager Afrizal Alfian. They were welcomed by UMSU Vice Rector I Prof. Dr. H. Muhammad Arifin, M.Hum., Vice Rector II Prof. Dr. Akrim, M.Pd., Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FIKTI) Dr. Alkhowarizmi, M.Kom., and several UMSU bureau heads.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, PLN Icon Plus proposed various initiatives, including digital transformation programs, renewable energy solutions, and the development of an environmentally friendly campus. The company also expressed readiness to support UMSU\u2019s academic community by sharing knowledge and experience through teaching engagements and seminars, featuring industry experts and professionals. Vice Rector II Prof. Dr. Akrim welcomed the proposal, noting its alignment with UMSU\u2019s long-term vision. He emphasized that PLN Icon Plus\u2019s offerings represent a significant innovation in shaping the university of the future.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis initial meeting was quite promising. We look forward to further discussions that could lead to collaborative programs supporting UMSU\u2019s future campus development,\u201d said Prof. Akrim.<\/p>\n
PLN Icon Plus reaffirmed its commitment to supporting UMSU in building a digital and green campus ecosystem through integrated technology solutions. The visit concluded with a discussion session and preliminary plans for a smart campus partnership.<\/p>\n
