Meskipun gejala yang ditimbulkan umumnya ringan, menjaga imunitas tubuh tetap menjadi hal utama agar tidak mudah terinfeksi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kita untuk mengetahui cara menjaga imunitas covid-19 di tengah varian baru ini. Dengan imunitas yang kuat, tubuh bisa melawan virus lebih efektif dan mengurangi risiko sakit berat.<\/p>\n<h3>Pentingnya Menjaga Imunitas di Masa Varian Baru<\/h3>\n<p>Varian baru COVID-19 seperti NB.1.8.1 dan MB.1.1 memiliki kemampuan penularan yang lebih cepat. Oleh karena itu, sistem kekebalan tubuh yang prima sangat dibutuhkan untuk melindungi diri. Selain itu, imunitas yang baik juga membantu mempercepat proses penyembuhan bila terinfeksi.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, imunitas tidak bisa dibangun dalam waktu singkat. Diperlukan gaya hidup sehat dan konsisten agar daya tahan tubuh selalu optimal.<\/p>\n<h3>Cara Efektif Menjaga Imunitas covid-19<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Konsumsi Makanan Bergizi dan Seimbang<\/h4>\n<p>Makanan sehat menjadi fondasi utama dalam menjaga imunitas. Pilihlah makanan yang kaya vitamin C, vitamin D, dan antioksidan seperti buah jeruk, kiwi, brokoli, serta sayuran hijau. Selain itu, konsumsi protein dari ikan, telur, dan kacang-kacangan juga membantu memperkuat sistem imun.<br \/>\nSelain itu, rempah-rempah seperti bawang putih dan kunyit dipercaya dapat membantu melawan infeksi.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Rutin Berolahraga<\/h4>\n<p>Olahraga teratur selama 30 menit setiap hari atau minimal 3-5 kali seminggu dapat meningkatkan kerja antibodi dan sel darah putih. Aktivitas fisik juga membantu mengeluarkan bakteri dari saluran pernapasan sehingga menurunkan risiko infeksi.\u00a0 Selain itu, olahraga dapat memperbaiki mood dan mengurangi stres yang berpengaruh pada sistem imun.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Istirahat yang Cukup<\/h4>\n<p>Tidur malam selama 7-9 jam sangat penting untuk memperkuat sistem imun. Saat tidur, tubuh memproduksi sitokin, protein yang membantu melawan infeksi dan peradangan.Tidur berkualitas juga meningkatkan produksi sel T yang menyerang virus. Oleh karena itu, pastikan waktu tidur cukup dan lingkungan tidur nyaman<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kelola Stres dengan Baik<\/h4>\n<p>Stres berlebihan dapat meningkatkan kadar hormon kortisol yang melemahkan sistem imun. Oleh karena itu, lakukan aktivitas relaksasi seperti meditasi, yoga, atau hobi yang menyenangkan untuk mengurangi stres. Selain itu, menjaga keseimbangan emosi membantu tubuh tetap sehat dan siap melawan virus.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Hindari Kebiasaan Merokok dan Batasi Alkohol<\/h4>\n<p>Nikotin dalam rokok dapat melemahkan sistem imun dengan meningkatkan hormon stres kortisol.
