Namun, meskipun terlihat mudah dan menyenangkan, padel memiliki risiko cedera yang perlu diwaspadai, terutama bagi pemula. Tennis elbow menyebabkan nyeri di bagian luar siku dan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Cedera Otot dan Keseleo<\/h4>\n<p>Gerakan cepat, perubahan arah mendadak, dan lompatan saat bermain padel dapat menyebabkan keseleo pada pergelangan kaki (ankle sprain) dan robekan otot, terutama pada otot paha dan betis.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Cedera Bahu dan Punggung<\/h4>\n<p>Pukulan yang berulang dan postur tubuh yang kurang tepat dapat menyebabkan ketegangan atau cedera pada otot bahu dan punggung. Cedera ini sering dialami oleh pemain yang belum terbiasa atau kurang melakukan pemanasan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Cedera Mata<\/h4>\n<p>Menurut dokter spesialis mata, risiko cedera mata juga perlu diperhatikan karena bola padel yang bergerak cepat dapat menyebabkan trauma serius jika mengenai mata. Lakukan peregangan dinamis dan joging ringan selama 10-15 menit agar tubuh siap bergerak.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelajari Teknik Bermain yang Benar<\/h4>\n<p>Belajar dari pelatih atau instruktur berpengalaman sangat dianjurkan. Teknik memegang raket, posisi tubuh, dan cara memukul bola yang benar dapat mengurangi risiko cedera otot dan sendi.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gunakan Perlengkapan yang Sesuai<\/h4>\n<p>Pilih raket yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan ukuran tangan Anda. Gunakan sepatu khusus olahraga dengan bantalan yang baik untuk menopang kaki dan mengurangi risiko keseleo.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Jaga Kondisi Fisik dan Fleksibilitas<\/h4>\n<p>Latihan kekuatan dan peregangan secara rutin membantu menjaga otot dan sendi tetap kuat dan lentur. Hal ini sangat penting agar tubuh mampu menahan tekanan saat bergerak cepat di lapangan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gunakan Pelindung Mata<\/h4>\n<p>Untuk melindungi mata dari benturan bola, gunakan kacamata pelindung khusus olahraga.
