Pohon anggur tumbuh merambat dan sudah dikembangkan di Armenia dan Timur Tengah sejak 4000 SM.<\/p>\n<p>Tapi banyak yang tidak menyadari bahwa banyak manfaat anggur untuk kesehatan kita, mulai dari untuk meredakan alergi, mencegah kanker dan membantu kadar kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>Anggur dapat dinikmati dengan berbagai cara yaitu dengan memakannya langsung, di jadikan jus, dibuat menjadi agar-agar, sehingga bisa diolah menjadi kismis.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-0032959964480376\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2023des1 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"7381647052\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>Selain rasanya yang enak, manfaat anggur bagi kesehatan juga menjadi salah satu alasan orang untuk menikmati buah ini.<\/p>\n<h3>Berikut manfaat anggur bagi kesehatan :<\/h3>\n<h4>1. Membuang racun dari dalam tubuh<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>Salah satu manfaat anggur untuk kesehatan adalah membuang racun dari dalam tubuh. Berdasarkan data USDA, dalam 100 gram anggur mengandung 3,6 mg vitamin C.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kandungan tersebutlah yang membuat anggur dapat mengeluarkan racun yang berada didalam tubuh kita dan juga meningkatkan aliran darah di tubuh kita.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Mencegah peradangan<\/h4>\n<p>Antioksidan dalam anggur dianggap bagus untuk melawan peradangandan stres oksidatif dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan Texas Woman&#8217;s University, selain peradangan anggur juga bisa membantu meredakan nyeri lutut dan persendian.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Mencegah dehidrasi<\/h4>\n<p>Dalam 100 gram anggur mengandung sekitar 196 mg potasium. Kandungan potasium yang tinggi dan natrium yang rendah membuat anggur baik untuk menjaga keseimbangan cairan dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Menjaga kesehatan mata<\/h4>\n<p>Anggur memiliki sifat antiinflamasi yang membantu mencegah retina dari segala jenis kerusakan. Meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh<\/h4>\n<p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal Molecular Nutrition and Food Research menunjukkan bahwa resveratrol dalam anggur bisa bekerja sama dengan vitamin D untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Membantu menurunkan berat badan<\/h4>\n<p>Berdasarkan Data Komposisi Pangan Indonesia, dalam 100 gram gram anggur hanya mengandung 30 kalori. Terlebih, anggur juga tinggi antioksidan resveratrol yang melawan efek radikal bebas dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu anggur menjadi buah yang cocok bagi anda yang ingin diet. Tetapi pastikan Anda mengonsumi buah ini secukupnya.
