Namun, tahukah Anda? Di tahun 2024, ada perubahan aturan tentang penyakit yang ditanggung. Kini, ada 21 jenis penyakit yang tidak lagi dijamin oleh BPJS Kesehatan. Perubahan ini tentu penting untuk diketahui agar Anda tidak kaget saat membutuhkan pengobatan.<\/p>\n<h3>Dasar Hukum Aturan 21 Penyakit Tidak Dijamin BPJS Kesehatan<\/h3>\n<p>Peraturan ini tercantum dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan, yang mengalami perubahan terakhir melalui Perpres Nomor 59 Tahun 2024. Aturan ini mengatur jenis penyakit dan layanan kesehatan yang tidak menjadi tanggungan BPJS Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<h3>21 Penyakit Tak Dijamin BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2024<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Penyakit akibat tindak pidana, seperti penganiayaan dan kekerasan seksual<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Penyakit atau cedera akibat sengaja menyakiti diri sendiri, termasuk usaha bunuh diri<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan yang sudah ditanggung program lain (asuransi lain)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan di luar negeri<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Penyakit akibat ketergantungan alkohol dan obat (narkoba)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Penyakit berupa wabah atau kejadian luar biasa (seperti pandemi)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Perawatan estetika dan kecantikan, termasuk operasi plastik<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Perawatan ortopedik dan perataan gigi (behel)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan khusus kementerian pertahanan, TNI, dan kepolisian<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan manfaat jaminan kesehatan<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pengobatan mandul atau infertilitas<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan akibat kecelakaan kerja dan lalu lintas yang sudah dijamin program lain<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan kesehatan dalam rangka bakti sosial<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Cedera dan penyakit akibat kejadian tak terduga seperti tawuran dan demo<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan kesehatan yang bersifat eksperimen atau percobaan<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pengobatan alternatif dan tradisional yang belum terbukti efektif secara resmi<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Alat kontrasepsi dan kosmetik<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga (alat bantu non-medis)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas non-kerjasama BPJS (kecuali darurat)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Layanan kesehatan pada masa tanggap darurat bencana atau kejadian luar biasa<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Daftar ini merujuk pada Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 Tahun 2024 tentang Perubahan Ketiga atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan, Pasal 52<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aturan Baru! 21 Penyakit Tak Dijamin BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2024 BPJS Kesehatan selalu menjadi andalan masyarakat Indonesia untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan terjangkau.
