Buah yang juga dikenal sebagai &#8220;buah mata kucing&#8221; ini memiliki rasa manis dan segar yang menggoda.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, di balik rasanya yang nikmat, buah kemayau menyimpan berbagai manfaat kesehatan berkat kandungan nutrisi yang lengkap. Dari vitamin C hingga serat, buah ini dapat meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dan menjaga kesehatan organ vital.<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Nutrisi Buah Kemayau<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Vitamin C, Antioksidan, dan Polifenol<\/h4>\n<p>Buah kemayau mengandung vitamin C dalam jumlah tinggi. Vitamin ini adalah antioksidan alami yang sangat penting untuk menangkal radikal bebas penyebab kerusakan sel.
