Ciri-ciri fisik burnout sering kali muncul terlebih dahulu, namun banyak orang mengabaikannya. Padahal, jika dibiarkan, kondisi ini bisa berdampak buruk pada kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan.<\/p>\n<p>Di sisi lain, mengenali tanda-tanda fisik burnout sejak dini adalah langkah penting untuk mencegah kelelahan kronis dan penurunan produktivitas.<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Burnout?<\/h3>\n<p>Burnout adalah kondisi kelelahan ekstrem yang terjadi akibat tekanan psikologis dan emosional berkepanjangan, terutama di lingkungan kerja. Namun, burnout tidak hanya memengaruhi pikiran, tetapi juga tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Ciri-ciri fisik burnout sering kali menjadi sinyal awal sebelum gejala mental seperti depresi atau kecemasan muncul. Oleh karena itu, mengenali tanda-tanda fisik ini sangat penting.<\/p>\n<h3>7 Ciri-Ciri Fisik Burnout yang Sering Diabaikan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Merasa Kelelahan yang Berkepanjangan<\/h4>\n<p>Tubuh terasa lemas dan lelah meski sudah beristirahat cukup. Ini berbeda dengan kelelahan biasa yang hilang setelah tidur. Burnout membuat energi Anda menipis tanpa alasan jelas.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Sakit Kepala Sering Muncul<\/h4>\n<p>Sakit kepala yang berulang bisa menjadi tanda fisik burnout.
