Oleh karena itu, menjaga kesehatan mata menjadi hal yang penting agar penglihatan tetap tajam dan aktivitas sehari-hari tidak terganggu. Salah satu cara alami menjaga kesehatan mata adalah dengan mengonsumsi buah-buahan yang kaya akan nutrisi khusus untuk mata. Vitamin C membantu melindungi mata dari kerusakan akibat radikal bebas dan memperkuat pembuluh darah mata.
