Idealnya, tekanan darah berada di sekitar 120\/80 mmHg. Namun, pada penderita darah rendah, angka ini bisa jauh di bawah standar tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak orang tidak menyadari sedang mengalami darah rendah. Gejalanya sering dikira hanya kelelahan atau kurang tidur biasa. Padahal, jika dibiarkan terus menerus, kondisi ini dapat mengganggu aliran darah ke otak dan organ vital lainnya.<\/p>\n<h3>Arti Darah Rendah<\/h3>\n<p>Darah rendah atau hipotensi adalah kondisi ketika tekanan darah seseorang berada di bawah batas normal, yaitu di bawah 90\/60 mmHg. Tekanan darah menunjukkan seberapa kuat darah mendorong dinding arteri saat jantung memompa.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun tidak selalu berbahaya, darah rendah bisa menyebabkan berbagai keluhan seperti pusing, lemas, penglihatan kabur, hingga pingsan. Pada kasus yang parah, tekanan darah yang terlalu rendah dapat menghambat aliran darah ke organ vital, seperti otak dan jantung.<\/p>\n<h3>Gejala Darah Rendah yang Sering Diabaikan<\/h3>\n<p>Berikut adalah beberapa tanda darah rendah yang perlu kamu waspadai:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Pusing atau Kepala Terasa Ringan<\/h4>\n<p>Gejala paling umum dari darah rendah adalah kepala terasa ringan atau pusing, terutama saat bangun dari duduk atau berbaring. Hal ini terjadi karena otak tidak mendapatkan pasokan darah yang cukup.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Lemas dan Mudah Lelah<\/h4>\n<p>Tubuh terasa lemah dan cepat lelah meski tidak banyak beraktivitas bisa menjadi pertanda tekanan darah yang terlalu rendah<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Penglihatan Kabur<\/h4>\n<p>Darah rendah dapat menyebabkan pandangan kabur atau tidak fokus secara tiba-tiba. Ini disebabkan oleh suplai oksigen yang tidak optimal ke mata.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Jantung Berdebar<\/h4>\n<p>Detak jantung yang tidak normal, terlalu cepat atau tidak teratur juga bisa menjadi sinyal bahwa tubuh sedang berusaha menyeimbangkan tekanan darah.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Mual atau Ingin Pingsan<\/h4>\n<p>Dalam beberapa kasus, penderita darah rendah merasa ingin muntah atau hampir pingsan, terutama jika berdiri terlalu lama.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kulit Dingin dan Pucat<\/h4>\n<p>Tekanan darah rendah membuat aliran darah ke kulit berkurang, sehingga menyebabkan kulit terasa dingin dan tampak lebih pucat dari biasanya.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Napas Pendek<\/h4>\n<p>Saat tubuh kekurangan pasokan oksigen akibat darah rendah, kamu bisa merasa sesak atau kesulitan bernapas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Cara Menghindari Darah Rendah<\/h3>\n<p>Jika kamu sering mengalami gejala di atas, berikut beberapa cara sederhana untuk membantu menghindari darah rendah:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Minum Air Putih yang Cukup<\/h4>\n<p>Dehidrasi bisa menurunkan tekanan darah.
