Simak penjelasan lengkap dan fakta ilmiah tentang hubungan air es dan berat badan untuk membuang mitos yang salah kaprah.<\/p>\n<h3>Dari Mana Asalnya Mitos \u201cAir Es Membuat Gemuk\u201d?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Keyakinan Tradisional yang Salah Kaprah<\/h4>\n<p>Banyak orang beranggapan bahwa air es bisa \u201cmembekukan\u201d lemak di dalam tubuh.<br \/>\nSelain itu, air dingin sering dianggap memperlambat proses pencernaan, sehingga memicu penumpukan lemak.<br \/>\nPadahal, tubuh manusia memiliki suhu yang stabil sekitar 36\u201337\u00b0C.<br \/>\nJadi, ketika air dingin masuk, tubuh otomatis menyesuaikannya tanpa menyimpan lemak.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kurangnya Edukasi Tentang Hidrasi dan Kalori<\/h4>\n<p>Masyarakat cenderung menyamakan air es dengan minuman dingin lain, seperti soda atau es teh manis.<br \/>\nPadahal, air putih dingin tidak mengandung kalori, sedangkan minuman manis dingin justru tinggi gula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, penting untuk membedakan antara air es dan minuman es berpemanis dalam konteks penambahan berat badan.<\/p>\n<h3>Fakta Ilmiah Apakah Air Es Membuat Gemuk?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Air Es Tidak Mengandung Kalori<\/h4>\n<p>Air putih\u2014baik dingin maupun hangat\u2014memiliki nol kalori.<br \/>\nTubuh tidak bisa menyimpan lemak dari sesuatu yang tidak memiliki energi.<br \/>\nDengan kata lain, air es tidak menyebabkan kenaikan berat badan karena tidak memberikan asupan kalori.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Membakar Kalori (Dalam Jumlah Kecil<\/h4>\n<p>Menariknya, saat tubuh menerima air dingin, ia harus bekerja sedikit lebih keras untuk menyesuaikan suhu air dengan suhu tubuh.
