Selain itu, olahraga kardio juga mudah dilakukan dan cocok untuk semua usia.<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Olahraga Kardio?<\/h3>\n<p>Olahraga kardio, yang juga dikenal sebagai latihan kardiovaskular, adalah aktivitas yang dapat meningkatkan denyut jantung dan kemampuan bernapas. Ciri khas dari olahraga kardio adalah gerakan ritmis yang melibatkan kelompok otot besar, seperti pada kaki dan tangan. Beberapa contoh dari olahraga kardio adalah berlari, bersepeda, berenang, dan melompat tali.<\/p>\n<h3>Jenis-Jenis Olahraga Kardio<\/h3>\n<p>Beberapa jenis olahraga kardio yang dapat dilakukan dengan mudah antara lain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Berlari atau jogging<\/li>\n<li>Bersepeda<\/li>\n<li>Renang<\/li>\n<li>Melompat tali<\/li>\n<li>Pelatihan Interval Intesitas Tinggi (HIIT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manfaat Olahraga Kardi<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Meningkatkan Kesehatan Jantung<\/h4>\n<p>Olahraga kardio berfungsi memperkuat otot jantung. Dengan melakukan olahraga secara teratur, tekanan darah dapat menurun dan kadar kolesterol jahat (LDL) bisa berkurang, sementara kolesterol baik (HDL) meningkat.
