Tomat kaya akan nutrisi penting seperti vitamin C, vitamin K, likopen, dan kalium yang memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Berikut penjelasan manfaat tomat untuk kesehatan bila dikonsumsi<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Nutrisi dalam Tomat<\/h3>\n<p>Tomat mengandung berbagai nutrisi penting yang sangat berperan dalam menjaga kesehatan. Misalnya, vitamin C berfungsi sebagai antioksidan kuat yang melindungi sel tubuh. Selain itu, likopen yang memberikan warna merah tomat juga efektif dalam melawan radikal bebas.
