Namun, masih banyak orang yang belum mengetahui sejauh mana manfaat black garlic bagi tubuh dan bagaimana cara mengonsumsinya dengan benar.<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Black Garlic?<\/h3>\n<p>Black garlic adalah bawang putih yang telah melalui proses fermentasi selama beberapa minggu hingga berubah warna menjadi hitam.<\/p>\n<p>Proses ini meningkatkan kadar antioksidan dan mengurangi bau tajam bawang putih mentah, sehingga lebih ramah dikonsumsi.
