Ini Aturan Denda Terbaru yang Harus Diketahui<\/h2>\n<p>Terlambat bayar BPJS Kesehatan sering menjadi masalah bagi banyak peserta. Padahal, membayar iuran tepat waktu sangat penting agar layanan kesehatan bisa didapat tanpa masalah. Namun, jika terlambat bayar, ada aturan denda terbaru yang harus diketahui oleh peserta BPJS Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<h3>Aturan Denda Terlambat Bayar BPJS Kesehatan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Besaran Denda Keterlambatan<\/h4>\n<p>Peserta yang terlambat bayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan akan dikenakan denda. Berdasarkan aturan terbaru tahun 2025 yang tercantum dalam Perpres Nomor 59 Tahun 2024, denda terlambat bayar BPJS Kesehatan berlaku jika peserta membutuhkan layanan rawat inap.<\/p>\n<p>Denda dihitung sebesar 5% dari biaya pelayanan kesehatan rawat inap pertama kali dikalikan jumlah bulan tunggakan. Namun, pembayaran denda ini berlaku maksimal untuk tunggakan selama 12 bulan dengan batas maksimal denda Rp30.000.000.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Contoh Perhitungan Denda<\/h4>\n<p>Misalnya, peserta terlambat bayar BPJS Kesehatan selama 6 bulan dan harus rawat inap. Maka, denda dihitung 5% dari biaya rawat inap dikalikan 6 bulan. Jika biaya rawat inap awal adalah Rp10.000.000, maka denda yang harus dibayar adalah 5% x Rp10.000.000 x 6 = Rp3.000.000. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menghindari keterlambatan agar tidak membayar denda tinggi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dampak Jika Terlambat Bayar BPJS Kesehatan<\/h3>\n<p>Selain denda, peserta yang terlambat membayar iuran biasanya mengalami status kepesertaan dinonaktifkan sementara. Akibatnya, peserta tidak bisa menggunakan layanan BPJS seperti rawat jalan dan rawat inap.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, jika dalam waktu 45 hari setelah status kepesertaan aktif kembali peserta tidak menggunakan layanan rawat inap, denda tidak dikenakan. Selain itu, untuk peserta pekerja penerima upah (PPU), denda akan dibayar oleh pemberi kerja, bukan peserta.<\/p>\n<h3>Cara Menghindari Denda Terlambat Bayar BPJS Kesehatan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Bayar Iuran Tepat Waktu<\/h4>\n<p>Cara terbaik menghindari denda adalah rutin membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan sebelum jatuh tempo. Pembayaran bisa dilakukan lewat aplikasi Mobile JKN, m-banking, minimarket, dan layanan digital lainnya. Di sisi lain, peserta juga harus memantau status pembayaran secara berkala agar tidak terlambat.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pantau Status Kepesertaan<\/h4>\n<p>Selain itu, selalu pantau status kepesertaan di aplikasi resmi BPJS Kesehatan. Dengan begitu, peserta bisa segera mengambil tindakan jika terjadi keterlambatan atau masalah pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, kesadaran dan disiplin membayar iuran sangat penting untuk menjaga kelangsungan layanan kesehatan yang didapat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terlambat Bayar BPJS Kesehatan?
