Besaran iuran akan menentukan berapa yang harus dibayarkan tiap bulan dan seberapa besar fasilitas yang diperoleh saat menerima layanan kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>uran BPJS 2026 masih mengikuti tarif lama tanpa kenaikan signifikan, sehingga peserta dapat merencanakan anggaran kesehatan lebih baik. Selain itu, peserta juga perlu memahami struktur per <a href=\"https:\/\/umsu.ac.id\/health\/apa-saja-perbedaan-bpjs-kelas-1-2-dan-3-simak-fasilitas-dan-biaya-terbaru-2025\/\">kelas<\/a> supaya tak salah memilih jenis kepesertaan yang tepat.<\/p>\n<h2>Rincian Iuran BPJS 2026 untuk Kelas 1, Kelas 2, dan Kelas 3<\/h2>\n<p>Berikut adalah nominal Iuran BPJS 2026 yang berlaku untuk peserta mandiri (PBPU\/BP) per bulan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Iuran BPJS Kelas 1 \u2014 Rp150.000 per Bulan<\/h3>\n<p>Peserta yang memilih kelas 1 membayar iuran sebesar Rp150.000 per orang per bulan. Kelas ini menawarkan fasilitas layanan rawat inap dengan tingkat kenyamanan lebih tinggi dibanding kelas lain.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Iuran BPJS Kelas 2 \u2014 Rp100.000 per Bulan<\/h3>\n<p>Besaran Iuran BPJS 2026 untuk kelas 2 adalah Rp100.000 per orang per bulan. Meskipun fasilitas berada di bawah kelas 1, kelas 2 tetap memberikan layanan kesehatan komprehensif sesuai standar BPJS Kesehatan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Iuran BPJS Kelas 3 \u2014 Rp35.000 per Bulan (Setelah Subsidi)<\/h3>\n<p>Untuk kelas 3, nominal resmi adalah Rp42.000 per bulan. Namun peserta hanya perlu membayar Rp35.000 karena pemerintah memberikan subsidi Rp7.000 setiap bulan untuk menjamin akses kesehatan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selain tiga kelas tersebut, Iuran BPJS 2026 juga berbeda pada kategori lain seperti peserta Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) yang dihitung berdasarkan upah gaji (5% dari gaji dengan 4% ditanggung pemberi kerja dan 1% dibayar pekerja). Sementara itu Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) tidak membayar iuran karena ditanggung penuh oleh pemerintah.<\/p>\n<h2>Perbedaan Dasar Antar Kelas BPJS Kesehatan<\/h2>\n<p>Perbedaan utama dalam Iuran BPJS 2026 kelas 1, kelas 2, dan kelas 3 terletak pada tingkat kenyamanan ruang rawat inap dan fasilitas tambahan.
