Gejala flu termasuk hidung tersumbat, sakit tenggorokan, batuk, demam, dan kelelahan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat flu, penting untuk memilih makanan yang membantu pemulihan dan menghindari makanan yang dapat memperburuk gejala.<\/p>\n<h3>Penyebab Flu<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ketika penderita flu batuk, bersin, atau berbicara, mereka mengeluarkan droplet (percikan ludah) yang mengandung virus. Droplet ini dapat terhirup oleh orang lain di sekitarnya, yang kemudian dapat tertular flu.<\/li>\n<li>Seseorang dapat tertular flu jika menyentuh benda yang terkontaminasi virus, seperti gagang pintu, permukaan meja, atau tisu bekas pakai penderita flu. Kemudian, jika orang tersebut menyentuh mata, hidung, atau mulut mereka sendiri, virus dapat berpindah dan menyebabkan infeksi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Jenis Makanan yang Harus Dihindari Saat Flu<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Pedas<\/h4>\n<p>Makanan pedas dapat memperburuk peradangan pada tenggorokan dan saluran pernapasan. Senyawa capsaicin yang terdapat dalam makanan pedas dapat menyebabkan iritasi, yang pada gilirannya dapat membuat gejala flu menjadi lebih tidak nyaman.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Manis<\/h4>\n<p>Konsumsi makanan yang tinggi gula dapat melemahkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, membuat tubuh lebih rentan terhadap infeksi.
