Kolesterol penting untuk pembentukan membran sel, vitamin D, asam empedu, dan berbagai hormon tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Memiliki kolesterol tinggi dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung. Kolesterol tidak dapat larut pada darah dan harus melalui aliran darah dengan pengangkut yang disebut lipoprotein. Kalian mungkin pernah mendengar berbagai jenis kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>Low-density lipoprotein (LDL).
