Ini bisa jadi tanda kekurangan zat besi. Zat besi merupakan mineral penting yang berfungsi dalam pembentukan sel darah merah. Sel darah merah ini bertugas membawa oksigen ke seluruh tubuh, sehingga kekurangan zat besi dapat membuat tubuh lemas dan mudah lelah.<\/p>\n<p>Anemia adalah kondisi dimana tubuh kekurangan sel darah merah atau hemoglobin, protein dalam sel darah merah yang berfungsi membawa oksigen. Gejala anemia yang umum dirasakan yaitu lemas, mudah lelah, pucat, sesak napas, dan pusing.<\/p>\n<p>Remaja putri yang sedang menstruasi, ibu hamil dan menyusui, serta orang dewasa yang berusia diatas 50 tahun lebih rentan mengalami kekurangan zat besi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zat besi harian dengan mengonsumsi makanan zat besi.<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"4364056964\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<h3>Makanan yang Mengandung zat Besi Mencegah Anemia<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Kacang Hitam<\/h3>\n<p>Menstetapkan raja makanan kaya zat besi, <a href=\"https:\/\/umsu.ac.id\/health\/kaya-nutrisi-manfaat-kacang-hitam-bagi-tubuh\/\">kacang hitam<\/a> dan kacang ginjal keluar sebagai pemenang. Hanya secangkir kacang hitam atau ginjal yang dimasak matang dapat menyumbang 15,1 mg zat besi, jauh melebihi kebutuhan harian orang dewasa yang umumnya sekitar 8 mg.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Sumber Zat Besi Hewani yang Lezat<\/h4>\n<p>Pecinta daging sapi dan ikan tuna dapat bersorak sorai! Daging sapi dan sepotong tuna filet masing-masing mengandung zat besi sebesar 2 mg dan 2.5 mg. Selain protein yang tinggi, kedua bahan makanan ini juga menjadi sumber zat besi yang mudah diserap tubuh.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Sayuran Hijau<\/h4>\n<p>Bagi yang vegetarian atau sedang membatasi konsumsi daging, jangan khawatir! Sayuran hijau seperti bayam dan brokoli adalah sumber zat besi nabati yang baik. Setengah cangkir bayam rebus mengandung 3.1 mg zat besi, sedangkan secangkir brokoli kukus menawarkan 1 mg zat besi.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk meningkatkan penyerapan zat besi dari sumber nabati, konsumsilah sayuran ini bersama dengan makanan kaya vitamin C seperti tomat.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Tahu<\/h4>\n<p>Tahi makanan berbahan dasar kedelai yang serba guna, ternyata menjadi sumber zat besi yang mengejutkan.
