{"id":3653,"date":"2024-06-02T06:07:05","date_gmt":"2024-06-02T06:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/umsu.ac.id\/health\/?p=3653"},"modified":"2025-06-29T14:08:33","modified_gmt":"2025-06-29T14:08:33","slug":"perbedaan-tapera-dan-mlt-bpjs-ketenagakerjaan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/umsu.ac.id\/health\/perbedaan-tapera-dan-mlt-bpjs-ketenagakerjaan\/","title":{"rendered":"Perbedaan Tapera dan MLT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Perbedaan Tapera dan MLT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan<\/h2>\n<p>Baru-baru ini, Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) kembali menegaskan perbedaan antara program Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera) dan Manfaat Layanan Tambahan (MLT) bagi peserta Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini penting untuk dipahami agar terhindar dari misinformasi dan kesalahpahaman mengenai kedua program tersebut.<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"7381647052\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Sifat Keikutsertaan<\/h3>\n<p>Perbedaan mendasar terletak pada sifat keikutsertaan program. JHT bersifat sukarela, di mana pekerja bebas memilih untuk mengikuti program ini atau tidak.<\/p>\n<p>Sebaliknya, Tapera bersifat wajib bagi seluruh pekerja dan pekerja mandiri yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Kewajiban ini diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2024 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Tapera.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Pengelolaan Dana<\/h3>\n<p>Perbedaan lain terletak pada pengelolaan dana. Pada JHT, dana dikelola oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Sedangkan pada Tapera, dana dikelola oleh Badan Pengelola Tapera (BP Tapera) yang merupakan badan khusus yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Skema Manfaat<\/h3>\n<p>MLT JHT menawarkan bonus bagi peserta JHT yang memenuhi syarat. Bonus ini berasal dari keuntungan investasi dana JHT. Di sisi lain, Tapera menawarkan pembiayaan perumahan bagi pesertanya, dengan fokus pada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Pembiayaan ini dapat digunakan untuk membeli rumah baru, renovasi rumah, atau membangun rumah.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Syarat Peserta<\/h3>\n<p>MLT JHT tidak memiliki syarat upah minimum bagi peserta. Selama terdaftar sebagai peserta JHT, pekerja berhak mengikuti program MLT. Sebaliknya, Tapera memiliki fokus pada MBR.<\/p>\n<p>Setiap pekerja dan pekerja mandiri dengan penghasilan paling sedikit upah minimum wajib menjadi peserta. Pekerja mandiri dengan penghasilan di bawah upah minimum dapat memilih untuk menjadi peserta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Meskipun memiliki beberapa kesamaan, Tapera dan MLT JHT adalah dua program berbeda dengan tujuan yang berbeda pula. JHT fokus pada penyediaan dana pensiun bagi pekerja, sedangkan Tapera fokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan perumahan bagi MBR.
