Faktanya, diet sehat yang aman dan mudah dilakukan justru berfokus pada perubahan kebiasaan makan dan gaya hidup secara berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Diet sehat adalah pola makan yang seimbang dan teratur yang dapat membantu tubuh mendapatkan nutrisi yang diperlukan untuk berfungsi dengan baik. Pola makan ini tidak hanya membantu menurunkan berat badan, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesehatan secara keseluruhan.
