Makanan yang mengandung banyak cabai atau rempah-rempah dapat merangsang produksi asam lambung berlebih, sehingga memperburuk kondisi refluks asam.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Mengurangi Konsumsi Kafein<\/h4>\n<p>Kafein dapat menyebabkan otot-otot di sekitar kerongkongan menjadi lebih lemah, sehingga memungkinkan asam lambung naik dengan lebih mudah.
