Memiliki daya ingat yang kuat membantu anak-anak mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik. Ingatan anak disimpan dalam dua tingkat: memori jangka pendek dan memori jangka panjang.<\/p>\n<h3>Memori Jangka Pendek (Short-Term Memory)<\/h3>\n<p>Berguna untuk menyimpan informasi sementara, biasanya berlangsung sekitar 15 hingga 30 detik.<br \/>\nContoh ingatan jangka pendek: mengingat nomor telepon, objek, lokasi, warna, arah, dan cerita dari buku yang dibaca.<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"4364056964\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<h3>Memori Jangka Panjang (Long-Term Memory)<\/h3>\n<p>Menyimpan informasi dalam waktu yang lebih lama, bisa berlangsung selama berhari-hari, beberapa bulan, tahun, hingga seumur hidup.Mempraktikkan ulang apa yang sudah diketahui dan dipelajari membantu otak menyimpan informasi lebih lama.<\/p>\n<h3>Cara meningkatkan daya ingat anak secara alami<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Meditasi<\/h4>\n<p>Meditasi bukan hanya untuk orang dewasa, tapi juga bermanfaat bagi anak-anak. Hal ini membantu anak menjadi lebih tenang, fokus, dan meningkatkan ingatan mereka. Anak-anak dapat memulai dengan sesi meditasi selama 5 menit dan kemudian meningkatkan waktunya.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Olahraga<\/h4>\n<p>Kebiasaan berolahraga setiap hari sangat baik untuk anak-anak.
