Ada dua jenis minyak wijen yang umum ditemui di pasaran: minyak wijen mentah yang warnanya bening dan minyak wijen dari biji wijen yang telah disangrai yang warnanya keruh tapi harum baunya.<\/p>\n<p>Minyak wijen memiliki rasa khas yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan bahan bakunya. Selain rasa, kandungan gizinya pun sama beragam dan didominasi oleh lemak tak jenuh yang menyehatka<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"4364056964\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Minyak Wijen<\/h3>\n<p>kandungan nutrisi dalam satu sendok makan (sekitar 14 gram) minyak wijen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energi: 124 kilokalori<\/li>\n<li>Lemak total: 14 gram<\/li>\n<li>Asam lemak jenuh: 1,99 gram<\/li>\n<li>Asam lemak tak jenuh tunggal: 5,56 gram<\/li>\n<li>Asam lemak tak jenuh ganda: 5,84 gram<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin E (alfa-tokoferol): 0,196<\/li>\n<li>miligram (mg)<\/li>\n<li>Kolin: 0,028 mg<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin K: 1,9 mikrogram<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manfaat Minyak Wijen Untuk Kesehatan Tubuh<\/h3>\n<h4>1. Menjaga Kesehatan Jantung<\/h4>\n<p>Minyak wijen mengandung lemak tak jenuh ganda, termasuk asam lemak omega-3 dan omega-6.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua jenis lemak ini membantu mencegah penyakit jantung dan kanker, serta meningkatkan fungsi kekebalan tubuh1.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Mengurangi Peradangan<\/h4>\n<p>Minyak wijen memiliki sifat antiinflamasi yang telah dikenal sejak zaman tradisional.
