Air putih membantu berbagai fungsi tubuh berjalan dengan baik, mulai dari pencernaan hingga sirkulasi darah. Tanpa asupan air yang cukup, tubuh kita bisa mengalami dehidrasi yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Kebutuhan asupan air putih setiap orang bisa berbeda-beda tergantung pada berbagai faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat aktivitas, dan kondisi kesehatan. Gejala dehidrasi meliputi rasa haus yang berlebihan, kulit kering, sakit kepala, lelah, dan kebingungan. Dehidrasi yang parah dapat menyebabkan koma dan bahkan kematian.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Masalah Pencernaan<\/h4>\n<p>Kurang minum air putih juga dapat menyebabkan masalah pencernaan seperti sembelit dan perut kembung. Ketika tubuh kekurangan cairan, usus akan menyerap lebih banyak air dari tinja, membuat tinja menjadi kering dan sulit untuk dikeluarkan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gangguan Ginjal<\/h4>\n<p>Kurang minum air putih dapat menyebabkan ginjal bekerja lebih keras untuk mengeluarkan racun dan limbah, yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan ginjal seperti batu ginjal dan infeksi saluran kemih.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gangguan Fungsi Otak<\/h4>\n<p>Otak sangat membutuhkan air untuk dapat bekerja dengan baik.
