Namun, tidak jarang menstruasi disertai dengan rasa nyeri yang mengganggu. Nyeri menstruasi atau dismenore bisa sangat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Beberapa faktor dapat memperburuk nyeri ini, salah satunya adalah makanan yang dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n<h3>Makanan yang Membuat Menstruasi Makin Sakit<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Olahan<\/h4>\n<p>Makanan olahan seperti sosis, nugget, dan makanan kaleng mengandung banyak bahan pengawet dan garam. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan perut kembung dan meningkatkan rasa nyeri saat menstruasi.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Karbohidrat dan Gula Olahan<\/h4>\n<p>Karbohidrat dan gula olahan, seperti roti putih dan permen, dapat menyebabkan fluktuasi gula darah.
