Selain itu, penting untuk tetap terhidrasi dan tidak melewatkan waktu makan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pengaturan Pola Tidur<\/h4>\n<p>Memastikan tidur yang cukup dan teratur sangat penting dalam mencegah serangan migrain. Usahakan tidur dan bangun di waktu yang sama setiap hari, termasuk di akhir pekan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Obat-obatan<\/h4>\n<p>Untuk mengatasi migrain yang parah, dokter mungkin akan meresepkan obat pereda nyeri seperti ibuprofen atau obat khusus migrain.
