Vitamin D2 umumnya berasal dari sumber tumbuhan, sedangkan vitamin D3 dihasilkan oleh tubuh kita sendiri melalui paparan sinar matahari<\/p>\n<h3>Sumber Vitamin D<\/h3>\n<p>Sumber utama vitamin D bagi tubuh adalah sinar matahari, terutama pada pukul 10.00 hingga 15.00 siang. Makanan seperti ikan berlemak (salmon, makarel), telur, serta produk susu yang diperkaya vitamin D juga menjadi sumber yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, jumlah vitamin D yang dihasilkan tubuh melalui sinar matahari sering kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang diperoleh dari makanan<\/p>\n<h3>Fungsi Vitamin D<\/h3>\n<p>Vitamin D memiliki banyak fungsi penting bagi tubuh. Berikut beberapa di antaranya:<\/p>\n<h4>1. Kesehatan Tulang<\/h4>\n<p>Fungsi utama vitamin D yang paling dikenal adalah dalam mendukung kesehatan tulang. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa vitamin D dapat membantu tubuh melawan infeksi dengan meningkatkan respon imun terhadap patogen.<\/p>\n<p>Kekurangan vitamin D sering dikaitkan dengan meningkatnya risiko infeksi seperti tuberkulosis dan infeksi saluran pernapasan\u200b<\/p>\n<h4>3.
