Beberapa makanan dan minuman dapat memicu perut kembung, asam lambung naik, dan gangguan sistem pencernaan.<\/p>\n<h3>10 Makanan yang Sebaiknya Dihindari Saat Perut Kosong<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Pedas<\/h4>\n<p>Makanan pedas termasuk makanan yang tidak boleh dikonsumsi saat perut kosong. Biasanya Makanan pedas dapat mengiritasi lapisan di lambung, menyebabkan reaksi asam dan kram pada perut. Selain itu, makanan pedas juga bersifat tajam dan dapat memicu gangguan pencernaan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Minuman Dingin dan Bersoda<\/h4>\n<p>Mengonsumsi minuman dingin saat perut kosong dapat merusak selaput lendir dan memperlambat pencernaan sepanjang hari. Terlebih jika minuman dingin tersebut mengandung soda atau berkarbonasi. Oleh karena itu, makan buah jeruk saat perut kosong harus dihindari jika Anda mengidap diabetes atau memiliki perut sensitif.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Tomat<\/h4>\n<p>Tomat mengandung asam tanat yang dapat menyebabkan iritasi pada lambung jika dikonsumsi saat perut kosong.
