Kondisi ini bisa terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan disertai dengan rasa panik dan ketakutan. Caranya:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duduk dengan posisi tubuh rileks.<\/li>\n<li>Tarik napas perlahan melalui hidung dengan mulut tertutup.<\/li>\n<li>Keluarkan napas secara perlahan melalui mulut dengan posisi bibir mengerucut, seolah-olah meniup lilin.<\/li>\n<li>Ulangi selama beberapa menit hingga pernapasan terasa lebih lega.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pernapasan Diafragma<\/h4>\n<p>Teknik ini melibatkan pernapasan dalam yang memanfaatkan diafragma untuk meningkatkan kapasitas paru-paru. Caranya:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Isi mangkuk dengan air panas.<\/li>\n<li>Tundukkan kepala di atas mangkuk dengan handuk menutupi kepala dan mangkuk untuk menahan uap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Minum Air Jahe Hangat<\/h4>\n<p>Jahe memiliki sifat antiinflamasi yang dapat membantu meredakan sesak napas.
