Meskipun makanan pedas dapat meningkatkan nafsu makan dan memberikan sensasi yang menyenangkan, efek sampingnya bisa cukup menyakitkan.<\/p>\n<p>Makanan pedas, seperti cabai, mengandung senyawa bernama capsaicin yang dapat menyebabkan iritasi pada lambung dan usus. Efeknya dapat bervariasi mulai dari sensasi terbakar hingga nyeri perut yang tajam. Minumlah susu hangat secara perlahan untuk mengurangi rasa sakit di perut<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Konsumsi Pisang<\/h4>\n<p>Pisang adalah sumber serat alami yang membantu melapisi dinding lambung, sehingga mengurangi iritasi yang disebabkan oleh makanan pedas. Selain itu, pisang juga membantu menetralkan asam lambung.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Minum Air Kelapa<\/h4>\n<p>Air kelapa kaya akan elektrolit alami yang dapat menenangkan perut. Minuman ini juga membantu menghidrasi tubuh dan mengurangi rasa panas akibat makanan pedas.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Hindari Minuman Berkafein<\/h4>\n<p>Minuman seperti kopi atau teh hitam sebaiknya dihindari karena dapat meningkatkan produksi asam lambung, memperburuk rasa sakit perut.
