Selain mudah didapatkan, singkong juga sering diolah menjadi berbagai makanan lezat seperti keripik, tape, dan tepung tapioka. Namun, meski kaya akan nutrisi, konsumsi singkong secara berlebihan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Singkong merupakan tanaman umbi-umbian yang kaya akan karbohidrat. Sebagai salah satu sumber energi utama, singkong telah menjadi makanan pokok di berbagai negara tropis. Selain karbohidrat, singkong juga mengandung sejumlah nutrisi seperti serat, vitamin C, dan mineral.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, singkong mentah mengandung senyawa beracun yang dikenal sebagai asam sianida (HCN), yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan jika tidak diolah dengan benar\u200b.<\/p>\n<h4><script src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-0032959964480376\" async=\"\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2023des1 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"7381647052\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/h4>\n<h3>Kandungan Singkong<\/h3>\n<p>Berikut adalah beberapa kandungan nutrisi dalam 100 gram singkong:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Kalori: 191 kal<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Karbohidrat: 40 g<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Protein: 1 g<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Serat: 0.9 g<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kalium: 394 mg<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kalsium: 77 mg<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Vitamin C: 31 mg<\/h4>\n<h4><script src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-0032959964480376\" async=\"\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2023des1 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0032959964480376\" data-ad-slot=\"7381647052\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Bahaya Makan Singkong Berlebihan<\/h3>\n<p>Meskipun singkong memiliki manfaat, konsumsi berlebihan dapat menyebabkan beberapa efek samping serius:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Keracunan Sianida<\/h4>\n<p>Singkong mengandung glikosida sianogenik yang dapat berubah menjadi sianida saat dicerna. Keracunan sianida dapat menyebabkan gejala seperti pusing, mual, dan dalam kasus ekstrem, kematian25. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memasak singkong dengan benar sebelum dikonsumsi.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gangguan Pencernaan<\/h4>\n<p>Kandungan serat yang tinggi dalam singkong dapat menyebabkan gangguan pencernaan seperti perut kembung, gas, dan diare jika dikonsumsi dalam jumlah besar67. Ini disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan sistem pencernaan untuk memproses serat dalam jumlah berlebih.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Obesitas<\/h4>\n<p>Karena tingginya kandungan kalori dan karbohidrat, makan singkong secara berlebihan dapat menyebabkan kenaikan berat badan. Dalam setiap 100 gram singkong rebus terdapat sekitar 191 kalori24. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk tidak mengonsumsi lebih dari 100 gram per hari.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Masalah Nutrisi<\/h4>\n<p>Konsumsi singkong yang berlebihan juga dapat mengganggu penyerapan nutrisi penting lainnya dalam tubuh.
