Kondisi ini sering kali terjadi tanpa disadari, namun dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari dan menurunkan produktivitas.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu penyebab utamanya adalah posisi tidur yang kurang tepat atau penggunaan bantal yang tidak sesuai.Meskipun terdengar sepele, nyeri leher akibat salah tidur bisa berdampak lebih serius jika tidak segera ditangani.<\/p>\n<h3>Leher Sakit Akibat Salah Tidur<\/h3>\n<p>Rasa sakit di leher yang muncul setelah tidur biasanya disebabkan oleh posisi tidur yang salah atau penggunaan bantal yang tidak tepat.
