Kondisi ini sering kali disebabkan oleh penumpukan gas dalam saluran pencernaan. Beberapa makanan yang sebaiknya dihindari meliputi: Kacang-kacangan, bawang merah dan bawang putih, makanan berlemak tinggi dan minuman bersoda<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Minum Teh Jahe<\/h4>\n<p>Teh jahe dikenal sebagai obat alami untuk meredakan perut begah. Jahe dapat mempercepat pengosongan lambung dan mengurangi gas. Untuk membuatnya, rebus satu ruas jahe yang telah dimemarkan dengan satu cangkir air selama 10 menit, lalu saring sebelum diminum.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Konsumsi Makanan Probiotik<\/h4>\n<p>Makanan yang mengandung probiotik seperti yogurt, tempe, dan kimchi membantu menyeimbangkan bakteri baik dalam usus, sehingga mendukung proses pencernaan yang sehat.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Berolahraga Secara Teratur<\/h4>\n<p>Aktivitas fisik seperti berjalan atau yoga dapat membantu memperlancar sistem pencernaan dan mengurangi penumpukan gas.
