Serangan vertigo dapat terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan sering kali disertai gejala lain seperti mual, muntah, dan kesulitan menjaga keseimbangan. Penting untuk mengetahui cara meredakan vertigo saat kambuh agar Anda dapat mengatasi gejala ini dengan cepat dan efektif.<\/p>\n<h3>Pengertian Vertigo<\/h3>\n<p>Vertigo bukanlah penyakit, melainkan gejala dari kondisi kesehatan tertentu. Penderita vertigo sering merasakan lingkungan sekitar seolah-olah bergerak atau berputar.
