Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kebiasaan bikin gemuk tanpa disadari. Kebiasaan sehari-hari yang tampaknya sepele ini dapat berdampak besar pada asupan kalori dan kesehatan tubuh.<\/p>\n<h3>Kebiasaan Bikin Gemuk<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Makan Sambil Menggunakan Gadget<\/h4>\n<p>Banyak orang yang tidak menyadari bahwa makan sambil menonton TV atau bermain ponsel dapat membuat mereka mengonsumsi lebih banyak makanan. Namun, kebiasaan ini bisa berbahaya karena dapat memperlambat proses pencernaan dan menyebabkan penumpukan lemak. Sebaiknya, luangkan waktu untuk bergerak sedikit setelah makan agar metabolisme tetap aktif.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kurang Tidur<\/h4>\n<p>Tidur yang cukup sangat penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan hormon dalam tubuh. Kurang tidur dapat meningkatkan hormon lapar (ghrelin) dan menurunkan hormon kenyang (leptin), sehingga membuat Anda lebih mudah merasa lapar dan cenderung makan lebih banyak.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Melewatkan Sarapan<\/h4>\n<p>Melewatkan sarapan dapat memicu rasa lapar yang berlebihan di siang hari. Ketika perut kosong terlalu lama, Anda cenderung akan makan lebih banyak saat waktu makan berikutnya.
