Kondisi ini sering kali disebabkan oleh perubahan hormonal yang terjadi dalam tubuh saat menstruasi mendekat.<\/p>\n<h3>Penyebab Nyeri Punggung Saat Haid<\/h3>\n<p>Nyeri punggung yang dialami wanita menjelang haid umumnya berkaitan dengan peningkatan hormon prostaglandin. Hormon ini berfungsi untuk merangsang kontraksi rahim dalam proses pengeluaran lapisan endometrium.
