Namun, tahukah Anda bahwa kebiasaan ini dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan<\/p>\n<h3>Menahan Kencing<\/h3>\n<p>Kandung kemih manusia memiliki kapasitas tertentu untuk menampung urine, biasanya sekitar 400-600 ml. Saat kandung kemih penuh, sinyal akan dikirim ke otak untuk memberi tahu bahwa sudah waktunya buang air kecil. Berikut adalah beberapa dampak buruk yang perlu diperhatikan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK)<\/h4>\n<p>Salah satu risiko terbesar dari menahan kencing adalah infeksi saluran kemih. Ketika urin tertahan dalam kandung kemih terlalu lama, bakteri dapat berkembang biak dan menyebabkan infeksi. Kondisi ini terjadi karena tekanan yang meningkat akibat urin yang terus terkumpul, sehingga mengganggu fungsi normal organ tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Batu Ginjal<\/h4>\n<p>Kebiasaan menahan kencing juga dapat meningkatkan risiko pembentukan batu ginjal. Ketika urine tertahan terlalu lama, zat-zat dalam urine seperti garam dan kalsium dapat mengendap dan membentuk kristal. Kristal ini bisa berkembang menjadi batu ginjal yang menyakitkan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Nyeri Pinggang<\/h4>\n<p>Menahan kencing dapat menyebabkan nyeri pinggang akibat tekanan berlebih pada ginjal.
