Namun, selama periode ini, ada beberapa hal yang sebaiknya dihindari untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kenyamanan. Sebaiknya, kurangi konsumsi makanan asin selama haid untuk menghindari efek tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Waxing dan Mencabut Bulu<\/h4>\n<p>Waxing atau mencabut bulu saat haid sebaiknya dihindari karena kulit menjadi lebih sensitif. Rasa sakit yang dirasakan bisa jauh lebih intens dibandingkan saat tidak haid.
