Kebiasaan ini sering dilakukan untuk menghindari konflik atau karena merasa malu mengungkapkan perasaan. Namun, apakah Anda tahu bahwa memendam emosi dapat berdampak negatif pada kehidupan Anda?<\/p>\n<h3>Arti Memendam Emosi<\/h3>\n<p>Memendam emosi berarti menekan perasaan yang seharusnya diekspresikan. Orang yang memendam emosi cenderung menyembunyikan apa yang mereka rasakan dan tidak membagikannya kepada orang lain.
