Berikut adalah tips mudah yang dapat membantu Anda mengurangi kelelahan pada mata.<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Kelelahan pada Mata?<\/h3>\n<p>Kelelahan pada mata, atau eye strain, terjadi ketika mata Anda bekerja terlalu keras, terutama saat fokus pada aktivitas tertentu seperti membaca, menonton, atau bekerja di depan komputer.
