Namun, menahan makan dan minum selama lebih dari 12 jam dapat meningkatkan risiko dehidrasi, yang dapat berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan fokus kita. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pencegahan dehidrasi selama berpuasa.<\/p>\n<h3>Pentingnya Menjaga Keseimbangan Cairan Saat Puasa<\/h3>\n<p>Sebagian besar tubuh manusia terdiri dari air, yang memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga fungsi organ dan sistem tubuh. Selama puasa, asupan cairan hanya diperoleh saat sahur dan berbuka. Tanpa pengelolaan yang baik, tubuh berisiko mengalami kekurangan cairan. Maka, menjaga keseimbangan cairan selama puasa menjadi krusial demi kesehatan dan kebugaran kita.<\/p>\n<h3>Cara Mencegah Dehidrasi Saat Puasa<\/h3>\n<p>Dengan komposisi tubuh yang mencapai 60% air, penting untuk menyadari fungsi vital air, seperti mendistribusikan nutrisi dan oksigen, mengoptimalkan metabolisme, serta melancarkan pencernaan. Berikut beberapa cara efektif untuk mencegah dehidrasi saat berpuasa:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Minum Cukup Air Putih<\/h4>\n<p>Disarankan bagi orang dewasa untuk mengonsumsi 2-3 liter atau sekitar 8 gelas air putih setiap hari. Saat berpuasa, kebutuhan ini bisa dipenuhi dengan pola 2-4-2: 2 gelas saat berbuka, 4 gelas di malam hari, dan 2 gelas saat sahur. Pastikan untuk tidak minum terlalu banyak dalam satu waktu agar tidak mengganggu keseimbangan elektrolit.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Konsumsi Buah dengan Kandungan Air Tinggi<\/h4>\n<p>Saat sahur, pilihlah buah-buahan yang memiliki kandungan air tinggi, seperti semangka, blewah, jeruk, atau mentimun. Selama puasa, sebaiknya pilihlah aktivitas fisik yang ringan atau olahraga dengan intensitas rendah.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Minum Susu dan Air Kelapa<\/h4>\n<p>Selain air putih, susu dan air kelapa juga merupakan pilihan yang baik untuk mencegah dehidrasi.
