Dengan warna cerah dan rasa yang manis, buah ini semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Buah Naga<\/h3>\n<p>Buah naga, atau sering juga disebut pitaya, memiliki banyak manfaat kesehatan karena kandungan nutrisinya yang beragam. Berikut ini beberapa kandungan utama yang terdapat dalam buah naga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitamin C, berperan sebagai antioksidan yang melindungi sel-sel tubuh dari kerusakan.<\/li>\n<li>Serat, membantu melancarkan pencernaan dan menjaga kesehatan usus.<\/li>\n<li>Zat Besi, penting untuk produksi hemoglobin dan mencegah anemia.<\/li>\n<li>Magnesium dapat mendukung fungsi otot dan saraf yang optimal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manfaat Kesehatan dari Konsumsi Buah Naga<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Meningkatkan Sistem Kekebalan Tubuh<\/h4>\n<p>Buah naga kaya akan vitamin C yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh.
