Namun, tahukah bahwa langsung tidur setelah sahur dapat berdampak negatif bagi kesehatan?<\/p>\n<h3>Mengapa Tidur Setelah Sahur Tidak Dianjurkan?<\/h3>\n<p>Setelah makan sahur, tubuh memerlukan waktu untuk mencerna makanan menjadi energi. Proses pencernaan ini membutuhkan suplai darah yang cukup. Jika langsung tidur setelah sahur, fungsi pencernaan tubuh melambat.<\/p>\n<p>Akibatnya, makanan tidak dapat dicerna dengan sempurna dan dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan. Selain itu, tidur setelah sahur juga dapat menyebabkan penumpukan lemak karena kalori dari makanan akan disimpan menjadi lemak jika tidak digunakan<\/p>\n<h3>Dampak Negatif Tidur Setelah Sahur<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Risiko Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)<\/h4>\n<p>Tidur seketika setelah sahur dapat mengakibatkan meningkatnya risiko terjadinya GERD, sebuah kondisi di mana asam lambung naik ke kerongkongan. Gejala yang umum dirasakan meliputi sensasi panas atau terbakar di dada (heartburn) serta rasa asam di mulut. Hal ini terjadi karena posisi berbaring mempermudah asam lambung untuk kembali naik ke kerongkongan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gangguan Pencernaan dan Sembelit<\/h4>\n<p>Tidur segera usai sahur dapat menghambat proses pencernaan, sehingga makanan lebih lama bertahan di dalam lambung. Dampaknya, Anda mungkin akan mengalami perut kembung, ketidaknyamanan, dan sembelit. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik setelah makan juga berkontribusi pada pergerakan usus yang melambat, memicu berbagai masalah pencernaan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Peningkatan Berat Badan<\/h4>\n<p>Kebiasaan tidur setelah sahur dapat menyebabkan penumpukan lemak di dalam tubuh. Selama tidur, metabolisme tubuh cenderung melambat, sehingga kalori dari makanan <a href=\"https:\/\/umsu.ac.id\/health\/manfaat-banyak-minum-air-saat-sahur-agar-puasa-lancar\/\">sahur<\/a> tidak terbakar secara efektif dan justru disimpan sebagai lemak. Jika kebiasaan ini terus berlanjut, risiko obesitas pun akan meningkat.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Penurunan Kualitas Tidur<\/h4>\n<p>Tidur dengan perut terisi penuh dapat berpengaruh negatif pada kualitas tidur. Anda mungkin akan terbangun lebih sering atau merasa tidak nyaman selama tidur. Hal ini dapat membuat Anda merasa lelah saat bangun dan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Peningkatan Risiko Stroke<\/h4>\n<p>Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidur segera setelah makan dapat meningkatkan risiko terkena stroke.
