Di Indonesia, daun babadotan tumbuh subur di berbagai lingkungan, mulai dari pekarangan rumah hingga lahan pertanian.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun sering diabaikan, daun ini mengandung senyawa aktif yang memiliki potensi besar dalam dunia pengobatan herbal. Selain itu, banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daun babadotan kaya akan nutrisi dan memiliki sifat anti-inflamasi, antibakteri, dan antioksidan<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Daun Babadotan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Asam Askorbat (Vitamin C): 33,36 mg<\/li>\n<li>Thiamin (Vitamin B1): 0,22 mg<\/li>\n<li>Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 0,16 mg<\/li>\n<li>Niasin (Vitamin B3): 0,07 mg<\/li>\n<li>Tokoferol (Vitamin E): 0,61 mg<\/li>\n<li>Seng: 5,75 mg<\/li>\n<li>Besi: 2,52 mg<\/li>\n<li>Kalsium: 0,51 mg<\/li>\n<li>Fosfor: 0,23 mg<\/li>\n<li>Magnesium: 0,11 mg<\/li>\n<li>Protein Kasar: Sekitar 24,53%<\/li>\n<li>Serat Kasar: Berkontribusi pada kesehatan pencernaan<\/li>\n<li>Karbohidrat: Sumber energi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manfaat Daun Babadotan<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Mengobati Luka dan Infeksi Kulit<\/h4>\n<p>Daun babadotan memiliki sifat antimikroba yang efektif dalam membantu penyembuhan luka, bisul, dan infeksi kulit lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Cara penggunaannya cukup mudah; ambil daun segar yang telah dicuci bersih, tumbuk hingga halus, lalu tempelkan pada area yang terluka dan balut dengan perban. Gantilah perban 3-4 kali sehari hingga luka sepenuhnya sembuh.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Meredakan Sakit Telinga<\/h4>\n<p>Air perasan dari daun babadotan dapat digunakan sebagai obat tetes telinga untuk mengurangi sakit telinga.
