Masalah ini dapat sangat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari dan membuat kita merasa tidak nyaman. Namun, terdapat berbagai cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatasi perut begah dan sesak.<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Perut Begah dan Sesak?<\/h3>\n<p>Perut begah ditandai oleh perasaan penuh, kencang, dan tidak nyaman di area perut.
