Selain berkumpul dengan keluarga, makanan lezat menjadi salah satu daya tarik utama. Namun, di balik kenikmatan hidangan Lebaran, ada beberapa makanan yang sebaiknya dihindari agar kesehatan tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n<h3>Pentingnya Memperhatikan Pilihan Makanan Saat Lebaran<\/h3>\n<p>Saat merayakan Lebaran, banyak orang cenderung melupakan pola makan sehat. Makanan yang tinggi lemak, gula, dan garam sering kali menjadi pilihan utama. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui makanan apa saja yang sebaiknya dihindari agar tidak menimbulkan masalah kesehatan.<\/p>\n<h3>Makanan yang Harus Dihindari di Hari Lebaran<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Bersantan Tinggi Lemak<\/h4>\n<p>Opor ayam, rendang, dan gulai merupakan sajian khas Lebaran yang kaya akan santan. Hidangan-hidangan ini mengandung lemak jenuh yang tinggi. Jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan, lemak jenuh dapat meningkatkan kadar kolesterol dan berisiko membahayakan kesehatan jantung. Bagi penderita GERD, makanan berlemak juga berpotensi memperburuk gejala asam lambung.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Gorengan<\/h4>\n<p>Gorengan seperti risoles, pastel, dan kerupuk menjadi camilan favorit selama perayaan Lebaran. Namun, makanan yang digoreng dalam minyak umumnya mengandung lemak trans, yang dapat meningkatkan risiko obesitas dan gangguan pencernaan. Bagi mereka yang menderita GERD, konsumsi gorengan dapat memicu naiknya asam lambung.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Tinggi Gula<\/h4>\n<p>Kue kering seperti nastar, kastengel, dan putri salju memiliki kadar gula yang cukup tinggi. Konsumsi gula berlebih dapat menyebabkan lonjakan gula darah, meningkatkan risiko diabetes, serta berkontribusi pada penambahan berat badan. Selain itu, makanan manis juga dapat memperburuk gejala GERD.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Makanan Tinggi Garam<\/h4>\n<p>Beberapa hidangan khas Lebaran, seperti ikan asin, telur asin, dan daging olahan, mengandung kadar garam (sodium) yang tinggi. Asupan garam berlebih dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan tekanan darah dan meningkatkan risiko hipertensi.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Minuman Berkafein dan Bersoda<\/h4>\n<p>Kopi, teh, dan minuman bersoda seringkali menjadi pelengkap saat Lebaran.
